Is there a warranty on your products?

Most of our products are medical device, or medical drug products and fall under a complaint compliance procedure.  If you have problems with a medical device please follow your health Canada protocol and notify us with any products that are deemed faulty, unsafe or irregular.  Mechanical items generally have a 1 year warranty on manufacture defects, some import items have only a 6 month warranty.  Items that have been damaged from use be it misuse or accidents (dropped) are not covered.  Please note items with a 6 month warranty tend to be imports and are not up to the standards we at White Ophthalmic Supply would like to see, though after attempting to drop these items people have still requested we put these items back into market regardless of the problems associated with those items.  We do offer a 30 day refund policy on any items you find you are not satisfied with, these items must be returned with a copy of the invoice a reason for return, and will be shipped at the cost of the sender.  Original shipping prices will not be credited on returns and any original invoice that would fall under $100.00 once a credit of the return will have shipping and handling from the original invoice applied to it, if it had not been charged prior.  Collect returns will not be accepted.  We appreciate your business and focus our efforts on having repeatable orders from the same customers for years to come, we appreciate any complaints or complements on our products and do our best to get the best quality items at great prices.  We also will do all we can to insure your happy with your purchases from us, so please if you are unhappy and reasonable we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
