Stereo Fly Test by VAC for testing stereo acuity. Includes instruction sheet and two pairs of testing goggles (one adult and one pediatric). The answer key is found on the back cover of the vinyl book.

The Stereo Fly Test is designed to rapidly test for problems related to stereopsis such as amblyopia and strabismus. The stereo test can be used on subjects from preschool age to adults.
Care Instructions
Clean vectographic pages with a soft, damp lint-free cloth. Clean polarized viewers using lens cleaner and soft, lint-free cloth. Store closed booklet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
