The Randot® stereo test with LEA symbols is used to test stereopsis and detect conditions such as amblyopia, suppression, and strabismus. Stereopsis (stereo vision) is important for judging depth perception, which is the ability to determine the distance between objects. Daily activities, like driving or playing sports, are greatly impacted by a lack of depth perception.
Care Instructions:
The testing book and goggles can be cleaned with disinfectant wipes, or by slightly dampening a soft, lint-free towel with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Do not apply alcohol directly to the testing book or goggles.
To prevent fading, store the stereo test in a cool, dry place when not in use.
